Returns & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kwality Essential. We are committed to providing quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Returns & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

This policy applies to all purchases made through our WooCommerce website within India.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The product is returned with original packaging, tags, invoice, and accessories (if any).

  • The return request is initiated within 3 days of delivery (unless otherwise specified on the product page).

Products not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care items once opened

  • Innerwear, cosmetics, or hygiene-related products (if applicable)

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Digital/downloadable products

  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective)


2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges subject to stock availability.

You may request an exchange:

  • For size issues (if applicable to the product)

  • If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable:

  • You may choose a refund, or

  • Receive store credit (if applicable)


3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at:  support@kwalityessential.in

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Product name

    • Reason for return

    • Clear images of the product (mandatory for damaged/defective items)

Our team will review your request within 3 business days.

Once approved:

  • We will arrange reverse pickup (where serviceable), OR

  • You may be required to self-ship the product to our return address.


4. Reverse Pickup & Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), reverse pickup will be arranged free of charge.

  • For other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

  • If self-shipping, we recommend using a reliable courier service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.


5. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting bank details.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

Failure to report within 48 hours may result in rejection of the claim.


7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

  • Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 7 business days.


8. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

  • The original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing.

  • The return request is made after the specified return window.

  • The product was purchased during a “No Return” promotional sale (unless defective).


9. Important Legal Notice (India Compliance)

This policy is governed by applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Customers retain statutory rights under Indian law. In case of any dispute, jurisdiction shall be subject to the courts of Kanpur, UP, India.
