Thank you for shopping with Kwality Essential. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain transparency in all transactions. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are processed for purchases made through our website within India.


1. General Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.

  • An incorrect product was delivered.

  • The product is significantly different from its description.

  • The order was cancelled before dispatch.

  • A return request has been approved as per our Returns & Exchange Policy.

All refund requests must comply with the conditions stated in our Returns & Exchange Policy.


2. Refund Timeframe

Once your refund request is approved and the returned product (if applicable) is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

  • The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider (typically 3–7 additional business days).


3. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment:

  • Prepaid Orders (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, Wallets): Refunded to the original payment source.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or UPI after collecting valid account details from the customer.

We do not offer cash refunds.


4. Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error:

  • Shipping charges

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges

  • Convenience or payment gateway fees (if applicable)


5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:

  • The returned product is not in its original condition.

  • The product is missing parts, accessories, or original packaging.

  • The product shows signs of use not due to our error.

The final decision regarding partial refunds rests with Kwality Essential after inspection.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos and/or videos of the product and packaging.

Failure to report within the specified timeframe may result in rejection of the refund claim.


7. Order Cancellation & Refund

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. Customers must follow the return process after delivery.

  • Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 7 business days.


8. Failed Transactions

If your payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed:

  • The amount will usually be automatically refunded by your bank within 7 business days.

  • If not received within this period, please contact us with transaction details.


9. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Used, worn, or altered products

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal hygiene products once opened

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Digital/downloadable products

  • Clearance or “No Return” sale items (unless defective)


10. Legal Compliance

This Refund Policy is governed by the applicable laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Customers retain their statutory rights under Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kanpur, UP, India.
